moQom named as one of the most promising and innovative companies in the European FinTech Awards.
The European FinTech Top100 were announced recently for 2016, with votes reaching 55,000+ over the course of four weeks.
The winning candidates have been chosen out of over 400 nominees from all over Europe, combining public votes alongside the final decision from a prestigious panel of judges.
moQom is thrilled with the outcome, which places them at the forefront of the booming European FinTech scene. moQom’s innovative technology is changing the mobile identity space as we know it, providing cutting-edge solutions for major financial services players, and in turn helping them conform to impending industry regulations such as PSD2.
Speaking earlier today, moQom CEO Colin Larkin stated, “We are delighted to hear that moQom has been included in the Top100 emerging FinTechs in Europe. There was intense competition and just to be nominated was a great achievement in its own right. A sincere thank you to everyone who took the time to give moQom your vote – we really appreciate it!”
Irish FinTech has successfully been put on the map in Europe following the announcement, with two other Irish companies included alongside moQom – WeSavvy and Fenergo.
