moQom announced today that Mike Healey has joined the firm as Head of Sales for UK and Ireland, bringing with him more than 14 years of knowledge and experience in Business Development and Sales in the FinTech sector.
Mike has the perfect mix of skills for moQom. He played an integral part in building a business which was acquired by a large American Financial Services software provider for over $100 million. In the last few years of working in that business, he became increasingly involved in helping clients find and implement solutions to ‘secure the mobile channel’. As such, Mike has a good understanding of the moQom product set, opportunities for moQom’s services and moQom’s vision. Finally Mike has a clear understanding of the European Banking Authorities proposed new payment services directive (PSD 2) and the impact those proposed guidelines will have on the UK banking sector. He proposes to use this knowledge to drive moQom’s vision in to the heart of the UK’s banking sector in response to strong customer authentication.

As Head of Sales – UK and Ireland, Mike is responsible for providing a commercial interface between the excellent R&D and product set of moQom and UK & Irish Financial Services Organisations, and is tasked with helping build the company’s customer base significantly. Mike is ideally equipped to drive significant sales growth in the company’s current innovative ConfIDent™ product range as well as introducing complimentary products and technologies already in the pipeline.
